Unusual Slicing Behaivior #5427

Bug Report

Steps to Reproduce

create part with MatterControl
30 x 30 10 mm block
add 5, 10 and 15mm holes and substrate from block
Use Ultimaker 2 profile
layer thickness to 0.2mm
first layer thickness to .3mm
top and bottom at 1mm
fill at 0.2
slice part

Expected Behavior
successful slice

Actual Behavior
extraneous slice artifacts in top layer with settings indicated
Check a few other layer setting. No issues.

Operating System Version
Windows 10

Printer Make/Model
Ultimaker 2 profile
