Conemu Underlines breaking background palette

ConEmu build: ConEmu, версия 23.7.24.2307240, ConEmu plugin for FAR manager 1.7x and 2.x (x86)
OS version: Windows Any
Used shell version: Far 3 x86 v59xx+

Problem description

If ConEmu Underlines plugin enabled and Panels lines enabled then color selection for background is always broken
If ConEmu Background plugin enabled then situation the same
I think it is started after Far 3 v6208 when behavior of default background was changed (black on black <> transparent)

PS: spent a lot of time to understand what a weirdness happens (with a red plugin panels bg color... I didn't changed/enabled [Colorize plugin panels] but it is turned on and changed suddenly)
