[Bug]: haptic preference not honoured by media viewer

Minimal reproducible example

Disable haptic feedback in the application settings, under general.

Go to the home/feed page and open an image post. Once the image is open, try to zoom with two fingers or scroll the image. The haptic feedback for each touch is still present

Expected Behavior

Media viewer should honour the application settings and don’t provide any haptic feedback
