[Bug]: Default RPC - tokens are not detected on popular networks

Describe the bug

Token detection currently works on Ethereum and Arbitrum networks, while this feature appears to be inactive on other popular networks. Additionally, within the Search menu, token names are not being suggested (Import tokens)

Update: Account assets on Polygon appeared sometime later, probably in about 30 mins, other networks assets are not detected

Expected behavior

Tokens should be auto-detected on all popular networks, Import tokens should provide suggested token names

Steps to reproduce

1. Add popular network
2. Observe that account tokens are not detected
3. Click Import tokens
4. Suggested names are not displayed
