There appears to be a bug in the MAD-X PLOT function that drops the data label and vertical lead line (that should be in the plot area) if the HAXIS data is read from a table and has decreasing values. For example, if the data in the table in increasing rows for the HAXIS is 5,4,3,2,1,0,-1,-2 etc, then the plotted line is drawn correctly e.g. left to right, with left being more negative. However, the vertical lead line and axis label (line label) is dropped in the PDF plot file.
