Make homeModule support templates

Seems homeModule does not yet support templates feature. Is it easy to implement?

Even without the secrets/encryption aspect, the templates feature would be a great addition to home-manager as there seems to be no "official" way to manage mutable config files yet.

@Mic92 with the #649 merged, when can we expect to have homeModule support templates available on the sops-nix flake version?

Yes. All that is left to do is adding the same module options.

sadly, I'm too beginer to implement the template option, I have difficulty understanding what need to be copied over from the nixos module and struggle trying to make it compile + test
