If you are reporting bug/issue, please provide detailed Repro instructions.

Repro Steps

AutocollectedMetricsExtractor is not added by default in any asp.net core apps. This is enabled in .net classic apps, via AI.Config. Since AI.Config is not present, AutocollectedMetricsExtractor should be enabled via code in default settings.
