What happened?

Exercise : 01
Task: 02
Step: 6-7 (and later for CD)

Description of issue:
When the pipelines are executed the first time it will not run until permitted. There's no direct pop-up and one has to check the jobs logs to see that it is waiting for interaction. This should be added to the instructions.
