[Feature Request] Scan in-game/DIM Loadouts

I was thinking it would be pretty handy to have a function that can scan your saved in-game loadouts (and possibly saved DIM loadouts), then do a scan of your gear and alert you if you have any new armour pieces that improve your loadout's stats. Saving you the hassle of checking each loadout individually when you get a new high stat armour
