Some Browser extensions prevent the loading of the manifest
Currently known on Firefox

Reported by Budjola#0556 on discord (ticket-318)

Their extensions were the following

This will need further investigation to figure out, even though it is not "technically" the fault of d2ap, maybe we can figure it out and help future users
