Unable to load the header and footer for child pages in Elementor

I have installed the Header Footer Builder Plugin by brainstrom and used it for the header and footers. If I remove the protect all children option, the header displays fine, but when I enable the protect all children from the parent page, the page is blank and no password form also. Something might be wrong. Will you please take a closer look at the plugin and let me know if I'm doing something wrong or if the plugin is having some issues?
