Took me awhile to figure this issue out. Been trying to install this particular mod on a few of my personal modpacks like my Forge 1.7.10 modpack. Once I disable the mod, it works there as well.

I appreciate the work done to make minecraft safer! Just wanted to bring this one to your attention.
