Create AWS Quickstart page

In order for people to easily try out 2A within 1 hour we will need an AWS quickstart page.
The expectation is that people will first go through the 2A quickstart installation page and then decide which infra provider they want to deploy into. This page will be the AWS one

Deliverables:

• Single page explaining how to configure the AWS provider in 2A (similar to the existing tech documentation for AWS but needs to be all on a single page) plus steps to create a managedCluster in AWS. Uses aws-standalone-cp template as the aws-hosted-cp has specific requirements on the mgmt cluster that might not exist)
• Shows commands to be run and expected example outputs
• No alternatives or configuration methods (can be covered in a separate page "configuration options")
• Shows how to destroy everything again
