Particles in 3rd person (other players) not shown at correct position when spell is held

Describe the bug
When another player has a spell or staff selected in mainhand / offhand, the corresponding particles are not showing at the expected location.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Log into same world with 2 players
2. Create Any Functional Spell and hold it in hand
3. See particles being shown about 1 block in front of the player instead of at their hand

Expected behavior
I expect the particles to be shown at the hand, not a full meter in front of them

Additional context
Likely separate bug, but holding a book containing a selected spell does not show particles to other players at all, contrary to just spells and staffs. Found out while testing this bug for more data.
