Construct programming UI keeps shifting right(left?)

Describe the bug
Whenever I open up a lodestar or delegation station with a program, it moves most if not all of it off to the left (past the visible border. I have to move the visible area to the right every time. It'll keep moving with the right-most command.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Place lodestar/station
2. Open the UI
3. Add any command
4. Close UI
5. Reopen UI
6. Drag program to the right

Expected behavior
Maybe the field be in the center of the program or something?
