In the collision editor for static objects in Wadtool, the order of min and max values matter, or lara will walk through the object. Both X and Z's min have to be smaller than the max X and Z, however the Y min max values are flipped. Y max must be smaller than Y min for the collision to work. I personally cannot see any scenario where the order of min and max values being flipped to be useful, my proposal would be to automatically fix the XYZ values to the correct range when saving.
