Objects are often larger than 1 square, or not always centered depending on the type of object (carpet, round arch, etc.).
Of course, if several objects are placed, you often have to test the correct placement.
It would therefore be a good idea to click on the existing object and select the square on which this object has been placed.
This would save you time when placing the objects, as you would not have to move the objects.
