TODOs for next release:

• Update classifiers in pyproject.toml (drop Py3.7, add Py3.11);
• Switch to vprlib (from cvprlib);
• Carefully look through the current core dependencies and bump those;
• Use importlib.metadata in show_versions
• Complete Protocols for AcceptanceCriterion and WeightScheme #61;
• Keep track of a changelog in the documentation? [no]

And more as we think of it.
