Thanks for reporting -- all of the NCATS-Tangerine notebooks:
https://github.com/NCATS-Tangerine/mvp-module-library

have been moved to:
https://github.com/ncats/translator-workflows/tree/master/Workflow2

and to solve this biolink error you have to use git --recursive clone or checkout to import the Orange WF2 reusable modules as git submodule:

git clone --recursive https://github.com/ncats/translator-workflows/tree/master/Workflow2
