Describe the bug
peakedness is not correctly computation

To Reproduce
no regtest actually to show it

Expected behavior
it should be computed as :
EET1(JSEA) = EET1(JSEA)+ EBD(IK,JSEA)**2 * SIG(IK)/DSII(IK)
QP(JSEA) = ( 2. / ET(JSEA)**2 ) * EET1(JSEA)
