Dates off by one unit (e.g. 1984 shows as 1983, Sept 5 shows as Sept 4)

The next slide navigation date is always correct but when that slide is visited the date is off by one unit unless it follows the Month-Year formatting. Year, or Month-Day-Year, always shows up one unit in the past.
