Describe the feature

I would like to request the implementation of a circuit knitting algorithm in the CUDA-Q. The algorithm is described here:
https://arxiv.org/html/2409.03870v1
This project is critical to a few clients' projects, like a project with HPE on adaptive quantum circuit knitting.
