Update 23.08 documentation to point to 470 as the minimum driver version, as that is the current long term support branch release version ( https://docs.nvidia.com/datacenter/tesla/drivers/#lifecycle )

We need to mention the 470 driver, I am not yet sure the minor and patch version we should specify.
