I don't quite understand the problem, are we trying to auto-click the I do not accept button? What's the whitelist rules for?

Without the whitelists, the countdown to the download won't start.

@ryanbr 4 whitelists for skipping 1 button click, are you sure about that? I don't think the tradeoff is worth it.

Just clear your cookies, and you can choose again. That's not the problem.

There is a workaround when this annoying popup is removed and stuck in 5 sec. I hate popup so much so I had to do following steps:

1. Click "Problems Downloading?"
2. Click blue text it says "direct link"
   It will download file

I also noticed that if i have uBlock enabled it will not show the GDPR and this will make scrolling on the page impossible. When i moved a tiny bit down the scrollbar was gone so it was impossible to scroll.
I then disabled uBlock and accepted the GDPR and i enabled uBlock again and now the page worked as it should. I'm using Firefox.

Maybe i should open a new issue?

@jspenguin2017 what is default filter, only the built-in?

I found it. It is the Fanboy’s Annoyance List that will hide the GDPR and when the GDPR window popups (should popup) it will also remove the scrollbar. That is why the scrollbar disappear but without showing the GDPR window.
