Need for Updates in Chapter 12 for Better Repository Guidance

I wanted to let you know about some issues I had with Chapter 12 while trying to use the code repository. It seems the chapter hasn't been updated to match the latest repository changes, especially with figure 12.3 and the following steps. Could we review and update this chapter to make it easier for students to follow along?
