[BUG][SUGGESTION] Offline mode is half broken

In it's current state, the shown on the front page "Offline support" seems to be half broken.

You can write and edit existing posts and all changes save locally just fine. Trying to create a new post, however results in an endless loading, until the network is restored.

My suggestion, however is the "Offline support" be dropped completely, as it's a website and any "offline support" solution would be a hack at best...
