It seems that this tool only works with python 2.7.9 and lower
If you still need to install all the requirements, check if you have the "pip" command, and run
python2.7 -m pip install -r requirements.txt
If you don't have the "pip" command, simply download this file (got it from the Python wiki ) and run it.
