在BaseEntity里增加description，作为通用字段，处理SysPermissionDto没有description，其它Dto都有
在BaseStateEntity里gatewayName改成portalName，就具备了通用性，portalName代表的含义是入口，表示既可以是网关，也可以是服务
- 在网关路由里，portalName为网关
- 在蓝绿灰度和黑名单里，portalName可以是网关或者服务，这样，这两块功能不局限在网关上
