使用框架: React

复现步骤

request无法处理非200的请求。设计实现的拦截器可有可无，根本无法达到拦截器的诉求。

期望结果

https://github.com/github/fetch，支持状态码非200的请求

实际结果

request 不支持自定义response handler

环境信息

  Taro CLI 3.3.15 environment info:
    System:
      OS: Windows 10
    Binaries:
      Node: 14.18.1 - D:\Node\node.EXE
      Yarn: 1.22.11 - D:\Node\node_global\yarn.CMD
      npm: 6.14.15 - D:\Node\npm.CMD
