这个特性解决了什么问题？

我需要监听ReactNative上手指移动的Y轴坐标、但是监听不到、y轴移动的时候回触发IOS默认的下拉回弹效果

这个 API 长什么样？

webView.scrollView.bounces = NO;

allowsBounceVertical这个属性不起作用
