Additional Orkes features

I see that Orkes in comparison to Conductor Community has additional features such as:

• Sheduler
• Secrets
• Webhook
• Applications with permissions

Will these features be seen here? Or does Orkes only collaborate with the Conductor core, and any additional features are not added?

I like Conductor very much, but I see that in many things you are referred to use Orkes. This clashes with my idea that Conductor is an open source product, it seems more like an open source core.
