Bug/RFE: Dwarven Boots -> Mithril Shod Boots Losses

I believe Dwarven Boots became Mithril Shod Boots from pre-2.0 to post (it even has the same description), but it lost having the Regen flag in the transition (i.e. Dwarven Boots had Regen in 1.4.4/5 but when they became Mithril Shod Boots they lost it).

Requesting they get reworked back into their 1.4.4/5 form in both name and flags, it feels better and is more thematic IMO.
