The link to the Individual Contributor License Agreement in the Contributing.MD file is broken and redirects to a French page entitled "Voir anime Rick et Morty"

Clicking the "Contributor License Agreement" link in Contributing.MD should send the viewer to the license agreement page.

Current Behavior

Clicking the link redirects the user to a page in French with the title "Voir Anime Rick et Morty"

Possible Solution

Fix the link to direct the user to the "Contributor License Agreement"
