after further reading regarding code-server/openvscode-server, I think bumping code-server to latest would also make me happy.

I will eventually get around to trying to do this upgrade but it could be a month or two. I also understand that code-server has gone through a refactor of sorts, so I don't know if this bump is more/less trivial than usual.

If listed folks are more interested in openvscode-server, that's fine, but given the effort already put into code-server and the additional information I learned about, I thought I would share.

I'll see if I can apply what I learned from the openvscode-server derivation to this version -- I'm guessing the build changes will be similar.
