After updating a system to NixOS 22.05 beta via nixops, further update attempts (while the machine runs 22.05) lock up with:
machine......> waiting for exclusive access to the Nix store for ca drvs...
and stay there forever.
Rebooting the machine into 21.11 and redeploying works around the issue.

To exhibit the bug, experimental-features = ca-derivations must be enabled systemwide on the target machine. Another workaround is to disable it.
