疑似为了过审，pixiv官方现在会限制一些字段在移动端的输出，比如一些插画的简介和画师的推特信息，只有web端能看到，官方客户端也是看不到的，关联pixiv被google play下架，只能等pixiv重新下发数据

唉，怪不得，想看个画师推特还得再到网页上打开看

现在有类似问题，搜索出来的近期作品不显示带链接简介，需要点进画师主页再点进作品，带链接简介才会显示。官方app和第三方app都有上述情况，网页正常
