Currently the console output is provided by the ansi console reporter, while logging is configured to also output to the console.

Writes to the reporter should also output to the logger.
Should be able to disable reporter output to logger in config for cases like the sample CLI where logging is being output to the console by default
Outputting log data to the console should be a cli argument, and disabled by default
