!file is part of the Yaml file that cloudabi-run accepts, which it then converts to Argdata. (Argdata itself is just the binary encoding format.) So, I'm moving this issue to the cloudabi-utils repository, as cloudabi-run lives there.
This is related to #2, and also to the discussion started yesterday on the mailing list: We need more flexible ways of launching CloudABI programs. @sgielen and I have planned to dive in to this tomorrow.
