Code generator only works when run from certain folders

odatagen has some resources in the bundle. It doesn't handle these resources correctly. As a result, it only works when it is run from certain paths. It also ends up copying XSLT files all over the place when it runs. We need to fix it to simply use those files from within the bundle.
