After installation I get: ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

Hi, I installed opensis v.8 (classic version) successfully, but when I try to go to login screen, I get the following error : "This page isn’t working: kalaharicollege.com redirected you too many times.", My installation is located here https://kalaharicollege.com/opensis/index.php

I tried the link. It starts the opensis installation, and stops when I cannot provide the database root password.
