The versions of browsers and platforms in the Browserstack pipeline action has not been revised for 2 years or more

Describe the solution you'd like:
update nightly and smokes for latest versions of browsers and platforms:

• td.vue/browserstack.nightly.json
• td.vue/browserstack.smokes.json

Additional context:
Browserstack:

• macOS Big Sur is unsupported as of September 26, 2023
• Announcing support for Edge 129 stable
• Announcing support for Opera 114 stable
• Announcing support for Firefox 130 stable
• Announcing support for Chrome 129 stable
• add support for macOS Ventura
• add support for macOS Sonoma

update: Note that BrowserStack does not support Opera or macOS Sonoma (yet)
