SP Permissions (Utilities)

We need to establish the permissions that different users should have on the different SP Lists.

Only the SBOAdmin group and the folks working a Process should have rights to it

• Currently all submitters are be able to modify permissions
  • Utilizes "SBA Initiator Permission Level"
    • Very close to contribute w/ Manage Permissions included
  • When a new DocSet is created, permissions are broken
    • Creator is granted SBA Initiator
    • SBOAdmin keeps their rights (Full Control)
    • All other named individuals (Buyer, CO, SBP) are given SBA Initiator
    • Remaining permissions are removed

Probably requires several network calls. Currently this can cause issues if the app is closed prior to this step completing or if it fails. Further research required.
