The text "Some Option" will be displayed in the MCM in a shade of green. I don't know if that was an intended feature or not, but I found it rather nice to be able to use colors. Unfortunately, if you bring up the slider to edit the value, the popup window does not show the title in color. Instead it shows you all of the markup text.
Your VR version doesn't seem to support label colors in this way. At least it didn't the last time I tested it. I think this would be a nice feature to have, and if the popup editor windows could support it as well that would be even better.

In SkyUI it is possible to display MCM options in color. For example, if I used the following pseudo code in my script:
string sLabel = "<font color='#33dd66'>Some Option</font>"
idSomeOption = AddSliderOption(sLabel, 5.0, "{1}")
