Peanut-GB Crash/freeze in the poke-center

I have a problem with the Peanut-GB emulator and my Pokemon Red ROM…
When I enter the pokemon center, when I go to talk to the nurse to heal the Pokemon, no matter what I do emulation is freeze the moment she turns to the machine…
I don't understand why, in short a very annoying bug knowing that this is the only place where you can heal your Pokemons!

I tried to change the ROM for another, without success, I reinstalled the emulator etc ...

Hi,
I have the exact same problem with Pokemon Red in Peanut-GB,
It also happen when all my pokemon die: the screen turn black and the game freeze.
(@NumworksPokemon you can heal your pokemons by talking to your mum in-game)

Peanut-GB was updated in 2018 to fix this issue. The maintainer should use the latest version of peanut-gb from https://github.com/deltabeard/Peanut-GB
