v2.8.00-alpha: Initial testing of Trajectory-v3.2 files.

Update the FileChecker to allow acceptance of Trajectory-v3.2 files.

This update will allow testing of all currently accepted file types and formats. It adds Traj-v3.2 testing to the current FileChecker.

v2.7.4: Spec-file release

Update to spec files for new Xuanwu floats.
