Create new R23 entries for HM4000 and XUANWU floats, manufactured by QNLM (Qingdao National Laboratory for Marine Science and Technology)

Two R23 entries created:

ID | Pref label | Alt label | Definition

  • HM4000 | HM4000 float | HM4000 | HM4000 float.
  • XUANWU | Xuanwu Deep float | HM6000 | Xuanwu Deep float, also known as HM6000 float.

They should become visible on http://vocab.nerc.ac.uk/collection/R23/current/ in the next 24h.
