OneFlow Cookbook 栏目的文档计划 #444

docs.oneflow.org 上线了 OneFlow Cookies 栏目，主要是解决 howto 的问题。这类文章的选题主要来自用户的需求（如qq群提问），欢迎大家补充。

这个 issue 做文章计划，方便后续分工解决。

用 Graph 模式做分布式训练
使用 DDP 模块做数据并行实战
使用 SBP 做数据并行实战
流水并行实战
模型并行实战
使用 libai 搭建 transformer 模型实战

以上有些内容 docs.oneflow.org 已经有了，但是现在看来并不合理，模糊了 learning 和 how-to 的边界。未来需要重构
