Games won't load after update

Updated to Onion 3.11.2 and now GBA, SNES games will not load. It will show a loading screen then pop back to the game list. NES, PS1 and others are just fine. I put my GBA saves and states in the appropriate folders. (only for two games anyways). Everything else was straight copy and paste onto the new SD card.

I tried refreshing the roms and no luck. Any ideas?
