Tendons snapping where they are pinched at fasteners #112

Being sandwiched between two metal washers is fraying the tendons. They then snap at their anchor under high loads.

PLA washers lessen the fraying but don't hold as well. They also deform when the bolt is tightened to the point where it can hold the tendon. Additionally, they are too thick. Each one is 1 mm, and they require a metal washer on top; this makes a 2.3 mm washer stack rather than 0.6 mm.

Some nylon washers are on order for testing.
