Sketched a PR for this as I tested how easy it would be. Also contacted DQOps founder and arranged meeting to discuss details

PR stashed in https://github.com/Open-Data-Product-Initiative/dev/tree/dqops-support

I had a online meeting with the founder of DQOps. In the meeting we discussed the possible addition of DQOps as an option in the specification. Reasons not to do it was not found, technically it is easy and their model of implementing "as code" for Data Quality is very similar to existing support of ODPS. It was agreed that we together work with the PR related to this improvement with aim to merge it to ODPS development version.
